Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, but the returned items must be in their original condition, without any signs of wear or damage. Additionally, all original packaging and accessories need to be included with the returned item. 

Please also note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we approve the return

Pack the phone back in it's original packaging and ship it to

Once we receive the return and insure the phone is in band new condition in it's original packaging we will refund the card you used to purchase the phone.

Please note it can take up to 10 Business days to receive your refund
